Connecticut Hormone Therapy is an established private practice specializing in holistic medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement therapy. We are looking to hire a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (PA) with a strong interest in health, wellness & longevity to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be an advanced provider with strong clinical skills, experience in hormone management, a passion for functional medicine, and the ability to help grow our practice.

Requirements
  • Complete thorough and holistic consultations (in-person or via tele-medicine) and develop appropriate treatment plans based on customer concerns, goals and lab results.
  • Prescribe hormone replacement therapy, supplement regimens
  • Perform pellet insertion procedure (training will be provided)
  • Maintain charting/clinical documentation for each patient in electronic medical records (EMRs)
  • Serve as an expert on aging wellness by maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our products and services
  • Collaborate with the Medical Director on developing protocols for new offerings as we expand our services
  • Optimize customer experience to ensure the highest standard of care is delivered to all patients.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience working in an outpatient medical setting, ideally in a private practice
  • Experience prescribing or knowledge of hormone replacement therapy.
  • Experience or training in functional and/or lifestyle medicine
  • Desire to continually expand your practice by learning new procedures and therapies.
  • Must be a currently licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Connecticut
  • Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product and service lines

Expected Compensation

The expected compensation for this position is $65-75 per hour, plus bonus potential.

Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements depending on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.
