NetSuite ERP Analyst

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a NetSuite ERP Analyst to join our team in Vienna, Virginia. The role involves enhancing our business application solutions and IT processes. This position plays a crucial role in supporting and maintaining our current business solutions, ensuring they deliver maximum value to the users.

Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the development and execution of new business application solutions.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the company for the successful implementation of solutions.
• Foster the optimal use of current business solutions by guiding users.
• Ensure the maintenance and support of existing business solutions.
• Meet IT Service SLA and customer satisfaction KPIs.
• Engage in the collection of requirements and creation of functional designs.
• Leverage skills in Client Side Scripting, Cloud Technologies, CRM, and ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning.
• Utilize knowledge in Microsoft, AB Testing, API Development, Business Process Functions, and Configuration Management.
• Develop and manage Business Requirement Documents. • Minimum of 5 years of experience working as a NetSuite ERP Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in Client Side Scripting.
• Solid understanding of Cloud Technologies.
• Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
• Knowledge of Microsoft software and applications.
• Proficiency in AB Testing.
• Experience in API Development.
• Knowledge of Business Process Functions.
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents.
• Experience with Configuration Management.
