We are currently seeking an experienced and energetic roadway design engineer with a proven track record managing FDOT and local government roadway (and intersection) design projects to lead and grow our FDOT and local government design group.
This opportunity includes quarterly cash bonuses and, for the qualifying candidate, stock options.
Primary Responsibilities and ActivitiesLead roadway and intersection design for FDOT and local government projects in a prime or subconsultant roleManage projects’ production sequence, schedule, and budgetLead, manage, and mentor our growing practice group of 4 to 6 engineersPerform and lead the quality control review of the design group and that of our teams’ subconsultantsPursue and win work from existing clients and new clients, building upon our strong client relationshipsBuild and direct competitive pursuit teams, developing scopes of work, fee proposals and schedulesCollaboratively develop and lead implementation of market sector (and sub-sector) growth and revenue diversity strategies
