Technical Solutions Inc. is currently seeking an Electrical Engineer, on behalf of our client, an Engineering consultant based in the Pittsburgh, PA area.
Job Purpose: Perform advanced electrical system design work and manage projects as Lead Electrical Engineer; has fiscal and schedule responsibilities. Provide design, calculations, and other activities related to electrical engineering. Mid-level position for a degreed engineer working under the supervision of an Engineer V-VII, or department manager.
Essential Duties:
-Mid to senior level position for a degreed engineer working under limited supervision of the Department Manager.-Perform assignments independently using professional knowledge and abilities in support of a project team.

- Determine tasks and personnel required to perform project electrical scope of work.
- Knowledge of medium voltage equipment and distributions.
- Use of Deltek Project Software.
- Prepare specifications and technical reports requiring minimal review.
- Support and direct designers.
- Perform lead engineer functions.
- Travel to job sites as required to perform field duties
