Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and organization, and a commitment to maintaining a pristine environment for our guests or residents. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining rooms, common areas, and facilities to ensure a welcoming and sanitary atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

Clean, sanitize, and tidy guest rooms, restrooms, and common areas according to established standards.
Change bed linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries.
Dust and polish furniture, vacuum carpets, sweep and mop floors.
Clean windows, mirrors, and other surfaces to maintain a neat appearance.
Replenish supplies such as soap, tissues, and paper towels in bathrooms.
Remove trash and dispose of it in designated areas.
Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used correctly and safely.
Follow hotel or facility protocols for proper sanitation and infection control.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized supply room.

Adhere to company policies regarding health and safety.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous housekeeping or janitorial experience is a plus, but not required.
Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
Strong time-management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Physical stamina to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods; ability to lift up to 25 pounds.

Good communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude.

Schedule:

Flexible schedule; may include weekends and holidays depending on the facilitys needs.
