About Our Client

I am currently partnered with the US CFO of a privately owned, multinational packaging group servicing fast service food chains. The organization has been growing rapidly and is looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join their team in the Mount Pleasant, WI office.

You'll have the chance to sharpen your FP&A skills as well as work on exciting ad-hoc projects while reporting into the CFO.

Job Description

Analyze financial data and prepare reports on company performance, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results with budgeted and forecasted results.
Develop financial models to support business decisions and assess potential financial impacts.
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
Gather data from departments to support accurate and comprehensive budget projections.
Monitor budget adherence and provide insights into any variances.
Conduct research on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor performance.
Provide insights and recommendations based on market data to help guide strategic decisions.
Perform ad-hoc financial analyses to support strategic initiatives and identify trends.
Use data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) to present findings and recommendations to management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze financial data

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; CFA or MBA preferred.
2+ years of experience in financial analysis or a related role.
Strong knowledge of financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI (preferred).
