Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and detail oriented Bilingual Property Administrator to join our team on a contract-to-permanent basis. Key Responsibilities: Professionally answer incoming phone calls from residents and address their inquiries. Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing concerns and resolving issues effectively and promptly. Accurately input work orders into property management systems.
Schedule maintenance requests and coordinate closely with property managers to ensure timely follow-ups and resolutions. -Requirements: Must be bilingual in English and Spanish to effectively communicate with a diverse resident community. Experience with Section 8 affordable housing programs is strongly preferred.
