• Accurate and efficient data entry using various tools, including QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
• Processing customer applications and maintaining precise customer records.
• Regularly communicating with clients to address inquiries and resolve issues.
• Organizing and scanning files for easy retrieval and record-keeping.
• Regularly updating and maintaining data entries in QuickBooks Online.
• Ensuring all customer interactions are handled with a high level of customer service.
• Utilizing Microsoft Word for document creation and management.
• Typing and email correspondence as part of daily tasks.
• Reconciliation of customer accounts and taking appropriate action when necessary.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word is required
• Prior experience in Data Entry is crucial
