Our expertise encompasses ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, construction staking, and more.We are committed to delivering accurate, reliable, and cost-effective solutions tailored to each client's unique needs. Our professionals provide a full range of geospatial survey and mapping services that enable us to collect data faster, safer, and more accurately than ever before. Our innovative approach to each project is customized from the beginning by administering the appropriate method whether employing conventional, time-proven methods or cutting-edge hi-definition scanning and remote sensing techniques.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day Land Surveying Operation including:
- Client Communication (internal and external).
- Project Proposal Preparation & Invoicing.
- Overseeing 2 or more Survey Crews.
- New Business Development combines existing clients with Colliers Engineering & Design's diverse Survey/Geospatial disciplines, including: 3D High Definition Laser Scanning, Mobile Lidar Mapping, Rail Surveying, GPS and Conventional Surveys.
Qualifications:
- TX State Professional Land Surveyor License preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in all areas of the job description.
- Must be able to generate revenue through existing client base and new business development.
- Experience with Trimble Business Center, Civil 3D, and UAS preferred.
- DOT Control and Right of Way (ROW) mapping experience would be a bonus!
- Ability to read, write, and understand English to comprehend written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.
