We are offering a contract for a Bookkeeper role in Turlock, California. This role operates within the Accountancy industry and involves managing and updating financial records, processing transactions, and assisting in general bookkeeping duties.

Responsibilities:

Managing and updating financial records using QuickBooks Desktop/Online and other relevant software.
Professionally communicating with clients and maintaining their files.
Monitoring and managing deadlines and billable hours.
Assisting in financial reporting.
Processing transactions, payroll, and accounts payable/receivable.
Ensuring accurate financial data and compliance.
Building client relationships.
Reconciling accounts and addressing discrepancies.
Resolving discrepancies.
Collaborating with the team and working independently.
Staying updated on changes in accounting regulations.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a basic bookkeeping
Proficiency in account reconciliation tasks
Experience with accounts payable (AP) processes
Experience with accounts receivable (AR) processes
Ability to conduct bank reconciliations accurately
Demonstrated skills in bookkeeping tasks
Proficient in data entry tasks
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Experience with QuickBooks software is required.
