- High School diploma or its equivalent required.
- $20.15 base rate; increases every 6 months for first 36 months.
- $2.00 Shift Premium on 2nd & a $1.50 Shift Premium for 3rd shift.

Qualifications:
Minimum education, skills, and/or experience required:
- High School Diploma or GED Minimum requirement.
- Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to make good decisions and take decisive action in a fast-paced environment.
- Automotive assembly, JIT, 5’S, Team Building and Lean Practices experience an asset.
- Good verbal and written skills.
- Able to work (OT) overtime as needed to meet production. Must be able to change shifts as required.

Accomplish day-to-day tactical objectives in support of company and department goals. Key duties and responsibilities overview:
- Ensure Production Team Members have the proper tools and equipment to perform their jobs.
- Ensure that product defects are repaired, minimized and returned to proper location.
- Monitor production inventory levels and communicate with material handling.
- Utilize all quality tools and support (TQM) total-quality-management within the workplace.
- Monitor and inspect incoming material to production line to ensure non-defective.
- Recommend disciplinary action for production associates who do not follow company and safety policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
