Job Description- Develop and execute audit plans to ensure compliance with consumer regulations
- Identify and assess risks and controls within business processes
- Collaborate with other departments to address compliance issues
- Conduct comprehensive reviews of audit documentation
- Manage and mentor junior audit team members
- Lead compliance training initiatives
- Maintain current knowledge of industry regulations and standards
- Report on audit findings and provide recommendations to management

The Successful Applicant
A successful candidate should have:
- 3+ years of internal audit experience in the banking industry
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CAMS
- Strong knowledge of consumer compliance regulations in financial services
- Proven experience in developing and executing audit plans
- Excellent leadership and mentoring abilities
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- A competitive salary range of $115,000 to $140,000
