• Handle redlining functions accurately and efficiently on MSA's and licensing agreements.
• Oversee the administration of commercial contracts to ensure smooth operations.
• Ability to manage and implement commercial contract redlining
• Experience in Contract Administration
• Demonstrable expertise in Adobe Acrobat
