Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and chat.
- Handle incoming inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve customer concerns with a problem-solving mindset.
- Accurately process orders, returns, and account updates in company systems.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using a CRM tool, ensuring documentation is up-to-date and complete.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address customer issues and coordinate effective resolutions.
- Stay informed about company policies, product updates, and service offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement to enhance the overall customer experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate or Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- 1-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field (call center experience is a bonus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mentality.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook); experience with CRM systems is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and handle multiple priorities.
- A team player with a proactive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism.
