- Establish and maintain positive relationships with customers
- Repair wiring and electronic components associated with automated building management systems
- Install and/or replace expansion valves, compressors, motors, coil units and other component parts
- Check distribution systems for proper velocity, volume, temperature, pressure, etc.
- Prepare and submit requests for supplies and equipment
- Prepare records and reports describing procedures, actions taken and recommended solutions
- Complete all paperwork in a timely manner including invoices, quote requests and weekly timesheets.
- Follow all pertinent rules and regulations, guidelines, safety orders, departmental operating procedures and safety regulations to ensure that work is performed in compliance with applicable law.
- 5 to 10 years commercial HVAC experience
- Install, troubleshoot and repair HVAC units and heat pumps
- EPA Certification
- Willingness to travel and work overtime Perform Start up

Hourly Wage: $30/hour - $40/hour DOE
