As an Assembly Associate, you’ll play a vital role in assembling high-quality products, ensuring each product meets engineering specifications. If you’re product-obsessed, take pride in your work, and enjoy working with a team that values quality, we want to hear from you!This will be a 1st shift position working Mon-Friday from 7:00AM-3:30PM. Previous production and assembly experience of 3+ years and a resume is required for consideration.
salary: $16 - $16.01 per hourshift: First

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Assemble products following engineering instructions and diagrams.
- Assemble components like support frames, casters, wheels, manifolds, hoses, radiants, and burner tubes.
- Read sales orders and custom requests to ensure accurate assembly.
- Perform functional testing of assembled appliances and inspect parts/finished products for quality, reporting discrepancies.
- Support inventory control by managing Kanban requirements and package/prepare appliances for safe transport.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Ensure tools are cleaned, stored, and in working order; wear required PPE.
- Assist with preventative maintenance and minor repairs as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Complete other tasks as assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and ensure employee safety in the workspace.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of production experience (Assembley exp preferred).
- Proficiency with hand and power tools (screw driver, wrenches, sockets, drill, nail gun, staple gun).
- Ability to read and use a tape measure and calipers accurately.
