The Role:
Catalyx is a trusted partner in delivering world-class lifecycle services to regulated and high-risk end markets. Responsibilities:
- Design and Develop Control Systems: Create and implement control systems for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
- System Integration and Testing: Conduct system simulations, testing, and debugging to ensure functionality and performance.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve issues in real-time to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production.
- Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation for control system designs and modifications.
- Compliance: Ensure all systems comply with industry regulations and quality standards, such as GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Programming: Program and configure PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, project managers, and quality assurance teams to ensure project success.
- Training and Support: Provide training and technical support to maintenance staff and operators.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of control systems and practices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Technical Proficiency: Familiar with PLC and SCADA systems.
- Control Theory Knowledge: Deep understanding of control theory and system dynamics.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Qualification: Degree in Electrical, Electronic, or related Engineering discipline
