We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a short term contract employment opportunity. This role is based in Charlotte, North Carolina, 28203, United States, within the industry. Responsibilities:
  • Handle data entry tasks efficiently using Microsoft Excel and Dropbox
  • Maintain detail-oriented email correspondence to ensure clear communication
  • Collaborate with outsourced CPAs, ensuring quick responses and effective teamwork
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to liaise with clients and address their inquiries
  • Utilize Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to manage work tasks and schedule appointments
  • Take initiative to identify areas requiring assistance and take necessary action
  • Monitor client accounts and take appropriate actions as needed • Proficiency in Data Entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively manage Email Correspondence, ensuring timely and detail oriented responses
  • Experience with handling both Inbound and Outbound Calls, providing excellent customer service
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and task organization
  • Proficient in creating presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
  • Excellent skills in drafting and editing documents in Microsoft Word
  • Experience with Schedule Appointments, ensuring seamless coordination of meetings and events
  • Knowledge of Dropbox for file sharing and management
