Property Accountant

This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee account coding procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Utilize accounting software systems to maintain and manage financial data.
• Implement AppFolio software in managing financial transactions and records.
• Handle all aspects of accounting functions with accuracy and timeliness.
• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) to ensure proper account management.
• Apply accrual accounting principles in financial transactions and record keeping.
• Conduct regular auditing to ensure accuracy and compliance of financial records.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in a Property Accountant role or similar within the Real Estate & Property industry.
• Proficient in Account Coding.
• Experience with various Accounting Software Systems.
• Experience with AppFolio software.
• Comprehensive knowledge and experience in Accounting Functions.
• Ability to manage Accounts Payable (AP).
• Experience in handling Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficient in Accrual Accounting.
• Experience in Auditing.
