Job Duties:
- Answered multi-line phone calls and assisted customers with a variety of needs.
- Monitoring customer deliveries
- Working with Microsoft products, including Excel.
- Other duties assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year in customer service
- Ability to work 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with rotating Saturdays
- Ability to work as a team
- Self-directed, excellent time management and organization skills
- Able to multitask in a face paced environment
