Sales & Customer Care Consultant

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Provide an exceptional customer experience at all times.
• Address and resolve customer issues and complaints across various platforms, including email, phone, live chat, and social media.
• Take initiative to anticipate and prevent potential barriers to a seamless customer experience.
• Handle all customer inquiries, which may include product queries, returns, delivery, registration, payments, and more.
• Strive to continuously improve service and knowledge in collaboration with your colleagues across Customer Care and internal departments.
• Use Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word to process customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.
• Conduct data entry and order entry tasks as required.
• Schedule appointments and handle both inbound and outbound calls.
• Contribute to the achievement of departmental goals by meeting or exceeding sales, quality, and productivity targets. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Experience in handling inbound and outbound calls
• Excellent customer service skills with prior experience in a call center environment
• Ability to perform data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency
• Experience in managing email correspondence professionally and promptly
• Skills in order processing and entry
• Ability to schedule appointments effectively
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer issues effectively
• Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as per retail industry norms
• High school diploma or equivalent education level.
