Randstad is partnered with a premier beverage distribution company and is seeking experienced Data Entry Clerks. The ideal candidates will have a basic understanding of Accounts Payable processes, including the ability to distinguish between debits and credits.

This position offers the opportunity to transition to a permanent role based on performance.

salary: $20 - $21 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Process supplier, freight, and customs invoices using the 3-way match system, ensuring all cost data is accurately allocated.
Enter trade invoices coded into specific G/L accounts when not handled via system matching.
Verify supplier invoices by accurately footing and cross-footing dollar amounts.
Process trade invoices for Control States that are not 3-way entries.
Resolve internal and external customer issues by promptly responding to calls and emails, ensuring timely resolutions.
Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
