System Administrator
Responsibilities:
Sentinel is looking for a System Administrator to assist our client. We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with a strong background in IT infrastructure, network management, and cloud technologies. The ideal candidate would be installing, configuring, updating and maintaining network equipment including firewalls, switches, wireless access points, VPNs, Microsoft Windows Servers, server hardware, security solutions and IoT devices.This is a contract position reporting onsite to our client location in Bensenville, IL.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role
- Associate degree, CCNA and MCSA certification preferred
- Experience with Cisco Meraki, Microsoft Windows Server, M365 apps, Azure, VMware
- Experience with Powershell scripting, Active Directory/Entra, DNS, DHCP
- Experience with LAN/WAN and telecommunications experience
- Experience with installation and maintaining VIOP systems
- Familiarity with RMM tools and Veeam Backup
- Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude

Compensation Range: $35.00-$42.00 an hour
