Scheduling Coordinator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Dental Scheduling Coordinator to join our high-end dental practice. As a vital member of our team, you will be responsible for patient reactivation, scheduling and rescheduling. You will have other administrative duties, help at the Front Desk etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Calling to reactive patients
• Schedule and reschedule patients
• Work collaboratively within the dental team to promote a positive work environment and enhance patient care.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• Experience in a dental office setting is a plus
• Experience in a call center setting or similar vital
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to do intensive phone calls.
• Familiarity with dental software and procedures.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.

Salary $20-$25 an hour, depending on experience.

Monday through Thursday: 7:30 - 5:00

Friday: 7:30 - 1:00

• Previous experience in a dental office setting is a plus, but experience in a call center or phone sales etc is must.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on customer service.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with dental software and procedures.
• Detail-oriented approach with excellent organizational skills.
