Medical Billing/Claims/Collections

We are looking for a proficient Medical Billing/Claims/Collections specialist to join our dynamic team in the healthcare industry. This role will be based in West Palm Beach, Florida. The candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to medical billing, claims, and collections in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities:

• Accurate processing of customer credit applications related to healthcare services
• Ensuring precise record-keeping of customer credit information
• Handling customer inquiries related to billing, claims, and collections
• Monitoring customer accounts and taking decisive actions when necessary
• Administering claims and appeals in line with healthcare regulations
• Conducting billing functions and collections processes efficiently
• Utilizing software such as Accurint, Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE), EHR SYSTEM, and Epic Software for various tasks
• Ensuring compliance with Medicaid Billing procedures
• Carrying out tasks related to commercial insurance billing and collections
• Implementing collection strategies and acting as a primary point of contact for debtors.
• Must have a strong understanding of Accurint software
• Proficiency in Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE) is needed
• Familiarity with EHR SYSTEM is required
• Experience with Epic Software is a must
• Ability to handle Appeals processes efficiently
• Understanding of Billing Functions is crucial
• Experience in Claim Administration is required
• Knowledge of Collection Processes is necessary
• Should have experience as a Collector
• Proficiency in Medicaid Billing is essential
