Office Administrator will be responsible for answering the phone, assisting customers, and directing phone calls to other office personnel. Also, assist Office Manager in daily office tasks and all daily paperwork including entering new customer information, scanning paperwork, filing, maintaining office supplies, and calling past due accounts.
Other duties will include customer service as a back-up to the Service Director.
Mon-Fri, 8am-4:30pm$16-$25/hr., depending on experience.
Requirements:- Microsoft Excel proficiency (min 2 yrs experience)
- QuickBooks general knowledge (min 1 yr experience)
- High School or equivalent
- Customer Service experience (2 yrs)
- Paid vacation & sick time
