Position Highlights:

• Weekend Rotation!
• 5x8's or 4x10s available
• Facility Hours
• Monday: 11am-7pm
• Tues-Thurs: 6am-7:00pm
• Fri: 6am-6:00pm
• Sat: 9am-5pm
• Sun: 8am-3pm

Requirements:

• Must have an active LPN license in the state of WI

Duties:

• Ensure accuracy of intake forms
• Vitals
• Greeting patients
• Explain after care instructions.
• Creating a warm and comforting environment for patients

Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
