Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will have a solid mechanical and electrical background, troubleshooting skills, and a commitment to preventive maintenance.

• Preventive Maintenance:
• Perform regular inspections of machinery, equipment, and facility systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) to identify potential issues before they cause downtime.
• Implement and document preventive maintenance (PM) schedules and checklists.
• Replace worn-out or damaged parts (belts, filters, bearings, etc.) to keep equipment running smoothly.
• Troubleshooting & Repairs:
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems in a timely and effective manner.
• Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns or emergencies and prioritize repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Work on a variety of systems, including production machinery, HVAC systems, conveyors, compressors, and building electrical systems.
