Software Developer

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Software Developer in Alexandria, Virginia. This role is in the technology industry, where you will be tasked with developing, maintaining, and improving software applications.

Responsibilities:

• Developing backend components to enhance performance and receptiveness.
• Implementing and maintaining Atlassian Jira for efficient project management and bug tracking.
• Utilizing C++ and other programming languages to write clean, scalable code.
• Applying GitHub for version control and collaboration with other team members.
• Conducting AB testing to compare different versions of web pages or apps.
• Following Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure efficient and effective team performance.
• Integrating user-facing elements using AJAX.
• Developing and managing well-functioning APIs.
• Working with ASP.NET to build server-side web applications.
• Utilizing Microsoft Power Automate for workflow automation. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira and GitHub for project management and version control
• Experience with Backend Development, including server, database, and application related tasks
• Familiarity with Bug Tracking to ensure efficient resolution of issues
• Proficient in C++ programming language for software development
• Experience in AB Testing to optimize product performance
• Understanding of Agile Scrum methodology for project management
• Familiarity with Ajax for web development
• Experience in API Development to facilitate software integration
• Proficient in ASP.NET for web application development
• Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate for streamlining workflows
