We are looking for a Salesforce Analyst to work with the Senior Manager of Clinical Applications to optimize, configure, and maintain Salesforce functionality to best suit Upward Health’s business needs. Upward Health uses Salesforce Health Cloud as a care management application to track and document activities related to patient care, and our constant growth and diversity of clients introduces new business requirements on a regular basis.
The Salesforce Analyst will, ideally, be able to understand pain points in the application and identify, configure, and present solutions to address these pain points. We are looking for someone who is comfortable interacting with all levels of an organization and who can work with stakeholders to help develop application solutions that will satisfy the requirements of our stakeholders while maintaining the integrity of our clinical documentation.

The ideal candidate will have had experience with various configuration components in Salesforce such as Process Builder, Flow Builder, Field Service Lightning, and OmniStudio.

Job Responsibilities
  • Participates in the analysis and review of business requirements and the design of solutions
  • Identifies areas of improvement in Salesforce and presents comprehensive plans to implement improvements
  • Participates in special projects related to feature implementations such as Salesforce managed packages, App Exchange products, or custom solutions provided by external vendors
  • Builds or reconfigures Salesforce automations including Processes and Flows
  • Performs Salesforce Admin tasks related to profiles, permissions, page layouts, and lightning record pages
  • Creates test plans for quality assurance testing
  • Performs quality assurance testing for solutions
  • Performs all necessary steps to implement and validate solution in Sandbox and Production environments
  • Works with Product Analysts and Salesforce Developer to ensure continuity and avoid conflict amongst product releases
  • Understands the capabilities and limitations of Salesforce Health Cloud
  • Maintains confidentiality regarding information being processed, stored, or accessed by the applications.
  • Performs all other duties as needed.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Process Builder, Flow Builder, Field Service Lightning (FSL), and OmniStudio
  • Proficiency in Salesforce database structure including objects and SOQL
  • Ability to participate in design sessions and communicate options to Product team and business stakeholders
  • Exceptional communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a group setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the group growth and expansion
  • Salesforce certifications are a plus

Minimum Qualifications

To perform this job successfully, an individual should possess the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed and meet the amount of education, training and/or work experience required.
  • 3+ years’ experience working with Salesforce
  • 2+ years’ experience using Field Service and OmniStudio
  • Experience working with stakeholders and users to understand needs and deliver solutions
  • Experience working with analysts or vendors to understand capabilities and limitations of specific healthcare applications
Education and Experience
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in computer science, healthcare informatics, business, or a similar field

Compensation details: 85000-95000 Yearly Salary
