Paralegal/Legal Assistant - Plaintiff's Litigation

This position is paying between $50-60K plus bonus with full benefits, and will be working full-time in-office.

Litigation Legal Assistant Responsibilities:

• Prepare, manage, and file all litigation documents in a timely and efficient manner.
• Perform a thorough review of all pleadings and other legal documents submitted by opposing counsel and other parties involved in the case.
• Facilitate the preparation and coordination of discovery requests and responses.
• Manage scheduling of depositions, mediations, and expert witness testimonies.
• Keep the managing attorney abreast of all developments and actions taken in a case.
• Coordinate and manage schedules and deadlines for all cases assigned to the managing attorney.
• Maintain positive client relations through consistent and regular communication.
• Proofread and edit documents and letters to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Handle the processing of customer credit applications and maintain accurate customer credit records.

• Bachelor Degree preferred
• 1-2+ years of experience supporting litigation attorneys
• Plaintiff litigation experience highly preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
