Client Services Representative

You will also support various operation management activities and administrative tasks.

• Facilitate communication between credit union and members
• Assist with the establishment of new memberships
• Manage and maintain account details for customers
• Oversee consumer and real estate loans processing
• Handle debit card fraud issues and manage IRA accounts
• Support the operations manager in supervising the teller line and cash management activities
• Resolve customer issues in a timely and effective manner
• Perform various administrative tasks including general ledger postings and report preparation
• Promote credit union products to members
• Utilize computer programs and CRM to manage customer interactions
• Answer inbound calls in a detail oriented and courteous manner
• Use Spanish language skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers
• Maintain NMLS registration and adhere to its guidelines. • Minimum of 2 years experience in a client services role or similar position
• Proficiency in various computer programs including Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
• Strong ability in answering inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
• Fluency in Spanish is highly preferred
• Current NMLS license or the ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe
