Job Summary:

• Support patients in achieving their maximum potential through targeted occupational therapy interventions. Work within a dynamic healthcare team to address diverse rehabilitation needs in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct functional assessments and develop treatment plans aligned with patient goals.
• Employ therapeutic techniques to improve mobility and dexterity, with an emphasis on hand therapy.
• Coordinate with other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
• Facilitate patient and caregiver education to maintain therapy outcomes.

Qualifications:

• NYS OT license in good standing required.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Expertise in hand therapy or complex rehabilitation highly valued.
