My Client is a leading construction firm serving the Detroit metropolitan area, specializing in healthcare facility projects. With a commitment to excellence and a dedication to improving healthcare infrastructure in our community, we are seeking a talented Construction Healthcare Superintendent to join our team.

Job Description

Lead and manage all phases of healthcare construction projects, from pre-construction planning to project closeout.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and healthcare facility staff, to ensure project success.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, including ICRA guidelines, to maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
Monitor project progress, budgets, and schedules, identifying and addressing any issues or delays as they arise.
Ensure compliance with healthcare facility regulations and guidelines, including ICRA protocols, throughout the construction process.
Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients, communicating project milestones, challenges, and resolutions effectively.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on healthcare projects.
Strong knowledge of healthcare facility regulations and guidelines, including ICRA protocols.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
OSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety Certification (preferred).
