This is currently a hybrid position working 3 days in office and 2 days work from home a week at our WHQ in Lisle, IL. (Navistar R&D group reserves the right to update the current hybrid working status at any time)

The Project Manager Lead will work with a cross functional team to identify a resolution, monitor progress through engineering and validation process, and work with purchasing and manufacturing teams to ensure changes are implemented.

Responsibilities:

• Manage projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Tracking and Monitoring projects in each of their stages.
• Report and summarize their status in the completion process as well as status to the original program targets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams through meetings and progress measurement activity which bring distinct, specific projects to completion both on time and within budget.
• Monitor release activities and work cross functionally in the development of projects from start to end to ensure all metrics are being met.
• Champion process management activities and lead process review committees

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least 8 years of project/program management experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience

• Master’s degree
• At least 6 years of project/program management experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience

• At least 10 years of project/program management experience
• At least 1 year of lead experience

Additional Requirements:

• Qualified candidates, excluding current Navistar employees, must be legally authorized on an unrestricted basis (US Citizen, Legal Permanent Resident, Refugee or Asylee) to be employed in the United States.
