Principal Design Engineer (379585)

Will design, implement, and support user interface and ease user experiences; conduct research on UI/UX related to mobile and chatbot/LLM techniques and technologies to stay up to date with the latest advancements in the field and find areas of potential application in the organization; design and build features for important business requirements on various phases of the loan application, including user provisioning, data entry, credit report, asset and employment verification, and documentation to provide a unified and seamless experience; will collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including business, software engineers, and domain experts, to define project scope, user interface, and product requirements; evaluate the performance and engagements of the user interface and user experience using proper metrics, validation techniques, and statistical testing to improve the process to increase consumer engagements; develop and support robust documentation related to UI/UX and software development, performance evaluation, and deployment, including project plans, progress, reports, and technical specifications; will support the organization in interpreting and understanding the results and insights found from the UI/UX and products development to drive informed decision-making and action.

The experience and education requirements are: 6 months of work experience and a Master's degree in Fine Arts or related major.
