About Our Client
- Industry: Commercial General Contractor
- Project Focus: Diverse portfolio of commercial construction projects
- Team Structure: PMs run projects independently, SPMs may have a PE if needed; no dedicated PCs on jobs
- Work Environment: Lean operations with administrative support but minimal extra staffing
- Current Challenge: High paperwork volume on projects, requiring additional support
- Office Location: Preferably Madison, but open to Milwaukee

- Project Support: Assist Project Managers and Superintendents with day-to-day project coordination.
- Document Management: Handle high volumes of project paperwork, including RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Scheduling & Coordination: Work with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project timelines are met.
- Quality Control: Assist in ensuring construction work meets company standards and project specifications.
- Technology & Reporting: Utilize construction management software (Procore preferred) to track project progress and documentation.
- Site Involvement: Occasionally visit job sites to support project execution and maintain communication between field and office teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with project teams to ensure efficiency and smooth operations.

The Successful Applicant- Experience: At least 1 year of commercial construction experience, ideally in a project management or engineering capacity.
- Education: Construction Management degree preferred but not required.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with construction management software (Procore is a plus).
- Organizational Skills: Ability to handle high volumes of paperwork and project documentation efficiently.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in commercial construction, with retail or hospitality projects as a plus.
- Work Ethic: Team player with a positive attitude, no ego, and a willingness to take on various project tasks.
- Personality: High-energy, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
- Work Setup: Comfortable with an onsite office role with minimal travel.
