As a Memory Care RCF - Nurse Manager (RN or LPN) your Nursing and Leaderships skills will ensure that quality nursing care is provided to the residents and you will direct the day-to-day functions of the Caregiver staff. Duties include meeting with assigned nursing staff and support personnel to plan the shift services, programs, and activities.As the Assisted Living facility - Nurse Manager you will also be responsible for the delegation of nursing tasks to non-certified staff that work in the Assisted Living community.

Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed RN or LPN for the appropriate State.
- Experience as a nursing supervisor is required.
- Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing and/or Home Health Nursing experience is strongly desired
- Experience working in mental health sector of healthcare is a plus, but not required
