Building Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. This entry-level role will be responsible for performing general maintenance tasks to ensure the upkeep and functionality of our facility. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of plumbing, electrical work, and general maintenance, along with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing quality service for our residents.

salary: $41,600 - $41,650 per year
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: No Degree Required

Responsibilities

All routine maintenance in the building.

Plumbing(unlogging toilets, sinks)
Electrical work(light bulds, hanging light fixutres)
Hanging decor on the walls for residents
