Robert Half is seeking an Attorney for a growing law firm in Chicago, Illinois. The role involves representing clients in areas such as workers’ compensation and personal injury.

Responsibilities:

• Effectively manage a large caseload of personal injury or workers’ compensation cases
• Undertake and excel in all aspects of litigation and negotiation processes
• Conduct strong research and analytical tasks to ensure accurate case resolutions
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all work
• Collaborate with team members and maintain a positive and respectful attitude
• Display a high level of motivation and dedication towards achieving success
• Utilize exceptional oral and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients
• Handle court filings and courtroom proceedings proficiently
• Leverage skills in civil litigation and negotiation to ensure client satisfaction
• Must possess a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Should have a minimum of 2 years of experience in the legal field
• Must be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in civil litigation is required
• Proficiency in handling complaints and managing personal injury plaintiffs
• Familiarity with court filings and courtroom procedures
• Must have a proven track record of successful negotiation
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
