We are in the hunt for an Executive Assistant to join our team located in Wayne, Pennsylvania. This role is within the industry and is fully onsite. We offer a long term contract employment opportunity. As an Executive Assistant, you will be the backbone of our team, providing operational support, managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and ensuring communication flows smoothly within the team.
Responsibilities:- Provide operational support for various events including funerals, weddings, etc.
- Oversee and manage executive calendars efficiently.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings as needed.
- Use ADP - Financial Services, Cisco Webex Meetings, Concur, CRM, Kronos Timekeeping System, and About Time for various administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth internal communication and handle correspondence.
- Manage and coordinate conference calls.
- Maintain accurate records and process customer credit applications.
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action. • The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an Executive Assistant role or similar capacity
- Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required
- Familiarity with Cisco Webex Meetings is essential for remote communication and coordination
- Experience with Concur software for expense management is desired
- Knowledge of CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems is necessary
- The candidate should have experience with the Kronos Timekeeping System
- Proficiency in About Time software for efficient project management is required
- The candidate should possess strong calendar management skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential
- Experience with coordinating and managing conference calls is necessary
- The candidate must have the ability to handle correspondence efficiently and professionally
