Project Coordinator - Robert Half

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator in the construction industry, located in Grand Blanc, Michigan. As a Project Coordinator, your role will be pivotal in maintaining project efficiency, managing CRM, utilizing Microsoft Office Suites, and coordinating contracts.

• Ensure smooth project operations by effectively using Atlassian Jira.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships utilizing CRM.
• Use Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking.
• Facilitate communication across teams and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suites for project documentation and presentations.
• Manage emails and scheduling using Microsoft Outlook.
• Oversee the project budget processes to ensure financial efficiency.
• Coordinate contracts and ensure all project requirements are met.
• Utilize the About Time software for time tracking and project management. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role or similar position.
• Proficiency in Atlassian Jira, ensuring efficient and effective project management.
• Experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to maintain and enhance customer relationships.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel for documentation and presentation.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for effective email and calendar management.
• Experience with About Time software for accurate project time tracking.
• Knowledge of budget processes to ensure financial efficiency and control costs.
• Excellent communication skills for clear information dissemination among team members.
• Understanding of construction industry practices and standards.
• Familiarity with contract management to ensure all project agreements are accurately upheld.
