URBN Import Compliance Coordinator

Role Summary:

URBN is looking for an Import Compliance Coordinator to support our Global Trade and Compliance area. This is an exciting opportunity to help support our global business by working closely with brokers to assist the Entry Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for product classification, entry review, and broker management.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate daily operations of U.S. import shipments
  • Review data between Tradestone ERP system and entry documents
  • Track U.S. import entries
  • Partner with production, buying, and transportation teams as it relates to U.S. import compliance and operations
  • Assist in the product classification process

Role Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Customs regulations and U.S. import operational procedures
  • Understanding of tariff classification recommended; apparel and home product experience preferred
  • Ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail required
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and strong team player
  • Strong business partner and customer service orientation
