- Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
- Knowledge of local labor markets, industries, and workforce trends.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

- Oversee the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement, to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align client needs with candidate talent.
- Monitor key performance metrics, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.
