In this key role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing customized staffing solutions and building long-lasting relationships with clients, candidates, and internal teams.

You will be instrumental in meeting the workforce needs of our clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and supporting our reputation as a trusted partner in talent acquisition.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in staffing, recruitment, or talent solutions, preferably within the Miami market.
  • Must have business development skills, with the ability to identify and secure new clients.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and team members.
  • Strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach to problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of local labor markets, industries, and workforce trends.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage a portfolio of clients in the Miami market, providing tailored staffing solutions across various industries.
  • Create long-lasting relationships with existing and potential clients by understanding their business needs and offering strategic workforce solutions.
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
  • Oversee the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and placement, to ensure a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Collaborate with internal recruitment teams to align client needs with candidate talent.
  • Monitor key performance metrics, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and meeting business objectives.
  • Stay informed of local labor market trends and workforce challenges, positioning Randstad as a trusted resource and partner.
