Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN 25-20214

"Compensation: $1400 - $1800 Weekly"

Contract Details:13 weeks with possible extensions

Shift Details:

• Shift: Evening (3 PM - 11 PM)
• Shifts per Week: 5 (40 hours/week)
• Every Other Weekend & Holiday Required
• First Day Orientation: 8 AM - 4 PM

Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' health and report changes to the RN or healthcare team.
• Assist with daily living activities and provide patient-centered care.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans.
• Float within the facility as required.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting.
• Certifications: Active and unrestricted NY State LPN/LVN license.
• Preferred: Candidates within a drivable distance, open to temp-to-perm opportunities.
