LMI is seeking a Share Point Developer (Senior) to support a PEO HUB SharePoint Development.

Responsibilities:

The SharePoint Developer (Senior) duties may include:

  • Solution Design:
  • Analyze business requirements to identify SharePoint-based solutions.
  • Design and develop SharePoint solutions, including custom workflows, web parts, and applications.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure solutions meet their needs.
  • Development:
  • Develop SharePoint solutions using SharePoint development frameworks (e.g., .NET, PowerShell).
  • Create custom web parts, workflows, and other components to extend SharePoint functionality.
  • Integrate SharePoint with other systems and applications.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance:
  • Test and debug SharePoint solutions to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Perform unit, integration, and system testing.
  • Provide technical support for SharePoint applications.
  • Maintenance and Support:
  • Provide ongoing maintenance and support for SharePoint solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SharePoint applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest SharePoint technologies and best practices.
  • Documentation:
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for SharePoint solutions.

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience developing SharePoint solutions.
  • Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture, development frameworks, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in .NET, C#, PowerShell, and other relevant programming languages.
  • Experience with SharePoint workflows, web parts, and custom applications.
  • Knowledge of SQL Server and database design.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
  • Certifications in SharePoint development or Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with SharePoint migration and upgrade projects.
  • Knowledge of Azure and cloud-based SharePoint solutions.
