  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, particularly in managing emails, calendars, and contacts.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating engaging presentations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, able to draft and edit documents efficiently.
  • Ability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operations.
