Adecco is currently assisting one of its clients in their search for an Operations Specialist in Pennington, NJ!
Pay rate: $23.45/HRShift availability: Mon – Fri, 8a-5p (Hybrid)

The specialist will provide post-secondary Fixed Income, Equity & Option trade support for Wealth Management branches, Edge and Investment Solutions Group. Serves as intermediary between trading desks in New York & Chicago and North American advisory branches and Edge call centers.
Our ideal candidate must have/must be able to:
- Email inquiries for Equities, Options & Fixed Income financial products
- Provide trade reporting support, including several trade reports that are sent out each day
- Trade booking and research of reconciliation breaks
- Handling of Trading Rejects & Exceptions each day. This includes cancelling and adjusting of some orders
Cross training on financial investment products and how to support them
Education/Certification Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
Experience requirements:
- 1+ years of banking operations experience
- Knowledge of Financial Markets
- Previous customer service experience
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous broker dealer or financial support experience preferred
