Maid Pro Office Assistant

Maid Pro is seeking a motivated, dedicated, and responsible individual to further their career with our growing company.

This is a part time position with potential for full time.

The Office Assistant will perform a variety of tasks to keep the office running smoothly, including but not limited to: Sales, Administrative tasks, Clerical tasks, and Errands.

The office assistant must be:

Highly organized, detail oriented, customer service oriented and reliable
Highly proficient and experienced in sales
Well versed in computer operations
Flexible with ever changing business needs
Great Attendance
Ability to Follow Instructions and work unsupervised
Ability to Multitask and handle many different things at once
Ability to help our Clients and provide Excellent Customer Service
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Willing to undergo a Criminal Background Check
Must have a valid driver's license and an insured personal vehicle
Bilingual is a plus but not required.
