Customer Relations Specialist - Longmont
Overview:
The YMCA of Northern Colorado is seeking a customer service specialist to welcome our members, answer questions, give tours, and help individuals and families understand and access Y offerings.
Position is part-time 10-15 hours per week, year-round. This is a flexible role that can fit a new retiree, as well as someone just starting in the workforce or seeking a second job.
Salary starts at $14.81 per hour. In addition, we offer a +10% differential for staff who work the opening shift and another +10% differential for bilingual staff who test as fluent in Spanish and English.

Qualifications:
- Must be reliable and committed to arriving on time for every shift
- Customer Service and Sales Experience
- Professional, alert, courteous, and tactful
- Spanish proficiency preferred (additional 10% pay differential for Spanish and English fluency)
- Intermediate computer skills required
